• Abstract: Outdoor camp education serves not only as a means to enrich teenagers ‘extracurricular lives but also as a vital platform for cultivating their character, strengthening their physical health, and fostering patriotic spirit in the natural environment, thereby helping them develop a correct worldview and outlook on life. Focusing on youth camp education as its primary target and examining children’s subjective well-being within the context of nature connection, this study conducted half-hour interviews with 22 adolescents aged 12 ～ 16 to collect qualitative data. Utilizing grounded theory through three steps—semi-open interviews, thematic analysis, and selective interviews—the research investigates the mechanisms by which outdoor camp education influences adolescent well-being. The findings provide a reference for the Chengdu Youth Camp Education Club in guiding children’s well-being, thereby promoting the sustainable development of outdoor camp education for adolescents in Chengdu and offering insights for other regions in Sichuan Province. 户外营地教育，不仅能够丰富青少年的课余生活、帮助他们在大自然中陶冶情操、强健体魄、弘扬青少年爱国主义精神、引导其树立正确的世界观和人生观的重要载体。文章以青少年营地教育为核心对象，探索自然联结视域下儿童主观幸福感，以22名12～16岁青少年为研究对象，通过半小时访谈收集质性资料，运用扎根理论，依托开放式、主轴式和选择性编码三个步骤，探究户外营地教育对青少年幸福感的影响机制。本研究可为成都青少年营地教育培育儿童幸福感提供参考依据，助力成都青少年户外营地教育的可持续发展，同时为四川省其他地区的营地教育发展提供借鉴。
