• 摘要： 在全球化时代，传播的主体、价值观与手段日渐多元化，因此以国家为主体，由政治所规定的国际传播，正逐步被由个人、群体、组织、民众、政府跨越国界传递信息、价值观和态度的全球传播所取代。相应地，国际新闻报道人才培养，应该面向全球治理的目标，培养全球传播人才，以顺应网络社会新闻传播的时代趋势。而实现这一目标目前面临的挑战，除了克服专业领域内的视野局限与信息偏颇，更为迫切的是在政治话语体系与公共生活中保障新闻自由与民意畅通，促使国内舆论环境与国际舆论环境的接轨。
• In the era of globalization, the subjects, values and means of communication are becoming more and more diversified. Therefore, international communication, which is dominated by the country and regulated by politics, is gradually being replaced by the global communication of information, values and attitudes transmitted across national boundaries by individuals, groups, organizations, citizens and governments. Accordingly, the training of international news reporting talents should be oriented to the goal of global governance and cultivate global communication talents, so as to conform to the trend of The Times of news communication in network society. In addition to overcoming the limited vision and information bias in the professional field, the current challenge to achieve this goal is to ensure the freedom of the press and the unimpeded flow of public opinions in the political discourse system and public life, and to promote the integration of the domestic public opinion environment and the international public opinion environment.
