Requirements for Reviewers

1. Major in management-related fields; with a rigorous academic attitude, having more than five years of relevant work experience, having a certain influence in the field, possessing strong organizational skills and social activity capabilities, and being enthusiastic about the work of this journal.

2. Have an understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of this journal, be willing to review manuscripts for this journal with an objective and fair attitude, and be able to seriously and rigorously complete tasks within the specified time.
