Qualifications and Obligations of Editorial Board Members

1. Major in management-related fields; with rigorous academic attitude, having more than ten years of relevant work experience, having a certain influence in the field, possessing strong organizational skills and social activity capabilities, and being enthusiastic about the work of this journal;

2. Have an understanding of the characteristics and dynamics of this journal, be willing to review manuscripts for this journal with an objective and fair attitude, and be able to seriously and rigorously complete tasks within the specified time;

3. Be willing to actively publicize and promote this journal during international and domestic exchanges and cooperation, discover and recommend authors for this journal, and organize excellent manuscripts. Actively participate in or organize relevant personnel to participate in the editorial board meetings and academic exchange activities of this journal.

Rights of Editorial Board Members

1. The names of editorial board members will be published in each issue;

2. The editorial board member himself/herself (as the first author) can publish one article in this journal for free;

3. Papers recommended by editorial board members to this journal will have priority for publication.

1. Please submit a detailed personal resume, a copy of your ID card, a copy of your professional title certificate, and copies of your academic degree certificates and the highest degree certificate, and send them to the editorial department's email: submission@sciscanpub.com;
