数字经济赋能成渝地区双城经济圈文体旅产业融合发展研究

- Abstract: As a sustainable new economic form, digital economy has become an important driving force to promote the integration of culture, sports and tourism industry. Based on the theory of digital economy, this paper uses the theory of industrial integration to analyze and refine the four evolutionary paths of digital economy empowering the integration of culture, sports and tourism industries in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle: digital information empowering Bashu Culture innovation, digital technology accelerating the integration of culture, sports and tourism technology, Internet platforms promoting the expansion of the business of culture, sports and tourism, and new economic models driving the integration of the culture, sports and tourism market and industry innovation. The study concludes that in the process of digital economy empowering the integration of culture, sports and tourism industries in Chengdu-Chongqing region, there are the following realities and challenges: an imbalance in the coordinated development of industrial integration restricts the digital transformation of Bashu Culture, there is an imbalance in the digital technology ethics of urban and rural digital infrastructure, the lack of policy synergy impedes the development of the culture, sports and tourism Internet platform enterprises, and the low degree of enterprise integration restricts the cross-border integration of resources. Based on this, this paper proposes corresponding optimization paths from the levels of cultural integration, technological integration, business integration, and market integration, aiming to promote the high-quality development of culture, sports and tourism industry in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle.数字经济作为一种可持续的新经济形态，已成为推动文体旅产业融合的重要驱动力。本文在梳理数字经济理论的基础上，运用产业融合理论，深入剖析并提炼出数字经济赋能成渝地区双城经济圈文体旅产业融合的四条演进路径：数字化信息赋能巴蜀文化创新、数字技术加快文体旅技术融合、互联网平台推动文体旅业务拓展、新型经济模式驱动文体旅市场融合与业态创新。研究认为，在数字经济赋能成渝地区文体旅产业融合过程中，存在以下现实困境与挑战：产业融合协调发展失衡制约巴蜀文化数字转型、城乡数字基础建设存在数字技术伦理失衡、政策协同缺失阻碍文体旅互联网平台企业发展、企业融合度较低限制资源跨界整合。基于此，本文从文化融合、技术融合、业务融合、市场融合等层面，提出了相应优化路径，旨在推动成渝地区双城经济圈文体旅产业实现高质量发展。

Study on the Development Path of Pickleball in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

- Abstract: In the context of the “14th Five-Year Plan”, building a high-level public service system for national fitness and solving the problem of regional development imbalance have become the key issues in the study of mass sports in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle. This study used literature, logical analysis, and questionnaire to explore the participation, practical value, practical difficulties, and optimisation path of Pickleball in Chengdu- Chongqing under the background of national fitness. The study concludes that the development of pickleball in Chengdu-Chongqing area faces three major practical difficulties: policy support and resource protection are in imbalance, resource allocation and development mode are weak and risky, and synergistic governance and smooth mechanism are out of step with each other. In order to address these dilemmas, we should strengthen the policy linkage to provide resource protection, optimise the allocation of resources to reduce market risks, and connect multiple subjects to construct a smooth mechanism, with a view to providing theoretical references for the promotion of pickleball and promoting the high-quality development of national fitness.在“十四五”背景下，构建高水平全民健身公共服务体系及解决区域发展不平衡问题，已成为成渝地区双城经济圈群众体育研究的关键议题。本研究运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、问卷调查法，探讨了全民健身背景下成渝地区匹克球运动的参与态势、实践价值、现实困境与优化路径。研究认为，成渝地区匹克球运动发展面临三大现实困境：政策支持与资源保障两极失衡、资源配置与发展模式力薄多险、协同共治与畅通机制互动脱节。针对上述困境，应加强政策联动提供资源保障、优化资源配置降低市场风险、衔接多元主体建构畅通机制，以期为推广匹克球运动，推动全民健身高质量发展提供理论参考。
