耐温耐盐可降解改性丙烯酸吸水树脂的制备及其性能研究

Preparation and Properties of Temperature and Salt Resistant Degradable Modified Polyacrylic Acid Water Absorbent Resin

  • Abstract: In order to improve the water absorption ability of acrylic acid absorbent resin in salt solution and relatively high temperature environment, modified polyacrylic acid (PAA) absorbent resin was prepared by using 2-acrylamido-2-methyl-1-propane sulfonic acid (AMPS), N-vinyl pyrrolidone (NVP) and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) as modifiers. The results showed that when the amount of acrylic acid (AA) was 21%, the neutralization degree was 66%, crosslinking agent was 0.04%, initiator was 0.5%, amps and NVP were 30% and 5.7% of AA respectively, the water absorption rate of modified PAA resin in normal saline increased from 20g /g to 91g/g, and it still absorbed 77g/g in 2000mg / L NaCl. The water absorption rate in artificial urine and artificial blood was 115g / g and 89g/g, respectively. The water absorption ratio of deionized water at 55 ℃ increased from 524g/g to 2215g/g. At 37℃,the degradation rate of modified PAA absorbent resin was as high as 72%. It can be seen that the modification can improve the water absorption, temperature resistance, salt resistance and biodegradability of PAA.为了提高丙烯酸吸水树脂盐溶液和相对高温环境中的吸液能力,本论文以含有耐盐基团的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基-1-丙烷磺酸(AMPS)、耐温官能团的N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)为改性剂,得到改性聚丙烯酸(PAA)吸水树脂。实验结果表明,当丙烯酸(AA)用量为21%,中和度66%,交联剂为0.04%,引发剂0.5%,AMPS和NVP分别为AA用量的30%和5.7%时,改性PAA树脂在生理盐水中的吸水倍率从改性前的20g/g提高到91g/g,在2000mg/L的NaCl中仍吸水77g/g;在人工尿液和人工血液中的吸水倍率分别为115g/g和89g/g;在55℃的去离子水中的吸水倍率从改性前的524g/g提高到2215g/g;在37℃,纤维素酶的作用下,4d改性PAA吸水树脂降解率高达72%。由此可见,改性能够提高PAA的吸水、耐温、耐盐和可降解性。

大学生短视频成瘾量表的初步编制

The Preliminary Development of Short Video Addiction Scale among College Students

  • Abstract: Objective: To develop a short video addiction scale with good reliability andvalidity to assess the addiction tendency of college students to short video. Methods: Based on Mobile Phone Addiction Scale developed by Liang Yongzhi, we developed the initial scale of short video addiction, which was measured among the first college students samples(n=442), the data were analyzed with item analysis and exploratory factor analysis to form a formal scale. Then the formal scale was measured among the second college students sample(n=400), and the data were analyzed with confirmatory factor analysis and internal consistency reliability test. Results: The formal scale of short video addiction consisted of 14 items, including 4 dimensions: anxiety and feeling lost, withdrawal and escape, inability to control craving, productivity loss. Anxiety and feeling lost includes 5 items, withdrawal and escape includes 3 items, inability to control craving includes 4items, and productivity loss includes 2 items. The internal consistency reliability coefficient of the total scale was 0.91, and the internal consistency reliability coefficients of each sub-dimension were 0.76~0.89, and the four-factor model indicated a good structure fitness. Therefore, the short video addiction scale developed in this study has good internal consistency reliability and structure validity. This scale can be used to evaluate the individual differences of short video addiction tendency, and it has a preliminary diagnostic function.目的:本研究旨在编制一个具有良好信度和效度的短视频成瘾量表,用于测量大学生短视频成瘾倾向。方法:在参考梁永炽的手机成瘾量表基础上,编制短视频成瘾初始量表。本研究采用团体施测的方式对初始量表的大学生样本(n=442)进行调查,用于项目分析及探索性因素分析,形成正式量表,然后再对正式量表随机选取样本(n=400)进行调查,用于验证性因素分析及内部一致性信度检验。结果:大学生短视频成癌的正式量表共有14个项目,由戒断性、逃避性、失控性和低效性四个维度构成,其中戒断性包含5个题项,逃避性包含3个题项,失控性包含4个题项,低效性包含2个题项。总量表的内部一致性信度系数为0.91,各维度的内部一致性信度系数在0.76~0.89之间,且四个因子表现出较好的结构拟合度。因此,本研究编制的短视频成恋量表具有良好的内部一致性信度和结构效度,可用于评估短视频成瘾倾向的个体差异性,并兼具初步的诊断功能。
