  • Abstract: This article presents a case report on the application of attachment theory to address interpersonal problems among college students. The client, Xiaoli (a pseudonym), a 23-year-old secondyear graduate student, sought counseling due to social anxiety, emotional stress, and challenges in interpersonal interactions. Informed by attachment theory, the counselor conducted 14 individual sessions, establishing a safe and stable therapeutic relationship. This approach helped Xiaoli explore, identify, and repair early insecure attachment patterns, providing corrective emotional experiences. Over time, this process facilitated adjustments in her internal working models, enhanced her sense of self-worth, and led to the gradual development of a secure attachment style. As a result, Xiaoli’s social difficulties significantly improved. The report offers a detailed analysis of the strategies, challenges, and reflections encountered during the counseling process, with the goal of providing practical insights based on attachment theory for counselors addressing similar interpersonal problems among college students.本文是一例运用依恋理论解决大学生人际交往问题的心理咨询案例报告。来访者小丽(化名),23岁,研二学生,因社交焦虑、情绪压力过大及与他人交往困难主动寻求心理咨询。咨询师基于依恋理论,开展了14次个体咨询,通过建立安全稳定的咨访关系,帮助小丽探索、识别并修复早期不安全依恋模式,获得矫正性情感体验,调整其内在工作模式,增强现实价值感,进而逐渐发展出安全型依恋模式。最终,小丽的社交困境得到显著改善。报告详细分析了咨询过程中的策略、面临的挑战及反思,以期为心理咨询师处理类似大学生人际关系问题提供依恋理论的实践参考。

  • Abstract: The Visitior is a freshman called Xiao A (assumed name), who felt pale and had no motivation to do things. She was worried about whether she had mental illness and came to seek counseling. Xiao A had consulted seven times. The consultant mainly based on the perspective of self psychology, through understanding and reflecting the self-object needs of Xiao A, infused positive motivation into Xiao A’s self growth, restored Xiao A’s self-esteem and self-cohesion, and finally alleviated the psychological symptoms of Xiao A. To some extent, the change of Xiao A shows that the theory of self psychology has guiding implication for psychological counseling in Chinese universities.来访者为大一学生小A(化名),因自觉情绪苍白,做事情没动力,担心自己心理有病主动前来咨询。小A共进行了七次咨询,咨询师主要基于自体心理学视角,通过对小A自体客体需要的理解与镜映,为小A的自体成长灌注积极的动力,恢复小A的自尊和自体内聚感,最终小A的症状得以缓解。小A的变化一定程度上说明了自体心理学理论对我国高校心理咨询工作具有指导意义。
