Abstract: In the three-dimensional integrated teaching mode, theoretical teaching constitutes the cornerstone of the knowledge system. However, theoretical teaching also has limitations, as it often struggles to cover the complexity and diversity of practical operations. Therefore, theoretical teaching needs to be combined with clinical examples and scientific research achievements to overcome its limitations and expand the depth and breadth of knowledge. The clinical case teaching method plays a crucial role in the three-dimensional integrated teaching mode, and its advantage lies in the ability to combine abstract theoretical knowledge with vivid clinical practice, thereby enhancing students’ learning interest and clinical thinking ability. By analyzing specific cases, students can intuitively understand the occurrence, development process, and treatment strategies of diseases. This learning method is more effective in stimulating students’ active learning spirit compared to traditional classroom lectures. In the three-dimensional integrated teaching mode, the integration of scientific research achievements is one of the key elements to improve teaching quality.
