Abstract: Local red culture is an integral part of the national red culture, and its inheritance is crucial to maintaining the Party’s advanced nature. It is also a responsibility and mission of universities, as well as an important measure to help college students grow and succeed. This paper analyzes the value of integrating local red cultural resources into ideological and political education in universities, and explores the existing problems and their causes during the integration process. Furthermore, it seeks practical paths for incorporating local red cultural resources into ideological and political education in universities from aspects such as strengthening the educational workforce, enhancing students’ cultural identity, integrating red cultural resources, and developing dual-track educational platforms. The aim is to promote the better integration of local red cultural resources into ideological and political education in universities.地方红色文化是全国性红色文化不可分割的组成部分,传承红色文化对于永葆党的先进性至关重要,同时也是高校肩负的责任和使命,更是帮助大学生成长成才的重要举措。本文将分析地方红色文化资源与高校思政教育的融合价值,并探讨当前融合过程中存在的问题及原因,进而从壮大育人工作队伍、增强学生文化认同感、整合红色文化资源、开拓双轨育人阵地等方面探寻地方红色文化资源融入高校思政教育的实践路径,以推动地方红色文化资源更好地融入高校思政教育。

Abstract: The professional attributes of professional graduate degree require universities to continuouslystrengthen the professional concept and adhere to the integration of industry and education.At present,there are some problems in the construction of professional degree in Inner Mongolia AutonomousRegion, such as the construction of some practical teaching bases has not realized the deep jointconstruction, the integration mechanism of industry and education is not mature, the double-tutor systemhas not fully played its role, and the evaluation mechanism and evaluation index system are not perfect.The phenomenon of “one end hot” or “two ends not hot” is common.The study proposes to improvefrom four aspects: strengthening the deep joint construction and integration of industry and education,establishing a joint construction mechanism to achieve standardized management, strengthening thecooperation between inside and outside the school to improve the tutor team construction mechanism,and building a multi-subject participation and whole process evaluation evaluation system. The aim is toachieve the deep integration of industry and education, and strive to create a number of demonstrationhigh-level professional talents training entities to serve the construction of an all-round “modelautonomous region”.专业研究生学位的职业性属性要求高校不断强化职业性理念,坚持产教融合。当前内蒙古自治区专业学位建设存在部分实践教学基地建设未能实现深度共建、产教融合机制尚不成熟、双导师制度作用发挥不充分、评价机制和评价指标体系不够健全等问题,学校“一头热”或学校、企业“两头都不热”的现象较为普遍。研究提出从强化产业和教育的深度共建融合,建立联合共建机制、实现管理规范化,加强校内外导师合作、完善导师团队建设机制,构建多主体参与、全过程评价的评价体系等四方面进行改进,以实现产教深度融合,着力打造一批示范性高层次专业人才培养实体,为全方位“模范自治区”建设提供支持与保障。

Abstract: The sample consisted of 2955 college students recruited from four universities and three
vocational colleges by simple random sampling. Psychological resilience level was measured by
psychological resilience scale, the dates were analysed by T test and single factor analysis. Results:
Psychological resilience level of college student is above average, the differences of gender, birth place,
academic level, family social economic status and education received for parents were revealed for
psychological resilience level of college student. The psychological resilience level of boy is higher than
that of girl; The psychological resilience level of college student from town is higher than that of college
student from countryside; The psychological resilience level of junior college student is higher than that
of undergraduate; The psychological resilience level of college student from prosperous family social
economic status than that of college student from poor family social economic status; The psychological
resilience level of college student from junior high school or above education received for parents is
higher than that of college student from primary school education received for parents. The result points
out that frustration education need to be carried out for different susceptible population to mental health.本文以简单随机抽样的方式选取4所本科院校和3所高职院校共2,955名在校学生作为研究对象,采用心理弹性量表测查被试的心理弹性水平,采用t 检验和单因素方差分析方法对数据进行统计分析。结果显示,大学生的心理弹性水平处于中等偏上水平,且在性别、出生地、学历层次、家庭经济状况和父母受教育程度方面存在显著的差异:男生的心理弹性水平要显著高于女生;出生城镇的大学生心理弹性水平显著高于农村出生的大学生;高职生的心理弹性水平显著高于本科生;家庭经济状况好的大学生心理弹性水平优于家庭经济状况较差的大学生;父母受教育程度为初中及以上的大学生心理弹性水平优于父母为小学文化层次的大学生。基于研究结果,提示在开展心理健康教育的过程中需要关注心理问题的易感群体及针对不同群体开展有针对性的挫折教育。
