• 摘要： 通过对名人故居的概念进行界定，分析名人故居所蕴含的重要历史人文内涵，从鄂南名人故居现状所反映出的问题着手，对问题进行评估分析的基础上，找出符合名人故居特点的保护与利用的方法，这对于保护和挖掘名人故居的历史文化价值和经济价值具有重要意义。
• Through defining the concept of celebrity’s former residence, this paper analyzes the important historical and cultural connotation of celebrity’s former residence. Starting from the problems reflected in the current situation of celebrity’s former residence in southern Hubei, based on the evaluation and analysis of the problems, it finds out the methods of protection and utilization in line with the characteristics of celebrity’s former residence, which is of great significance to the protection and excavation of the historical and cultural value and economic value of celebrity’s former residence.
