生态理念下鄂西南地区传统民居空间形态的 探索与更新

• 摘要： 在乡村振兴的伟大战略实施的背景下，2019 年发布的中央一号文件《中共中央国务院关于坚持农业农村优先发展做好“三农”工作的若干意见》要求扎实推进农村建设，鼓励将乡村人居环境整治与发展乡村旅游有机结合。鄂西南地区传统民居作为荆楚文化中传承下来的重要物质文化载体，所以，针对鄂西南传统民居的更新改造研究具有现实意义。首先，对本次课题的研究背景进行理论描述，明确研究的方向与范围，相关概念的界定；其次，是从历史、社会和文化等角度分析鄂西南地区民居的形成条件、发展过程、空间形态；然后，分类归纳影响鄂西南民居更新发展的问题所在，并提出解决方法与策略。最后，以鄂西南民居空间形态概况为研究基础，结合具体需求和保护的要点，进行实践分析，论证明确空间形态更新方向；最后在前文的基础上，对鄂西南传统民居今后的发展进行展望。
• In the context of the implementation of the great strategy of rural revitalization, the No. 1 Document of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council on Giving Priority to the Development of Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers issued in 2019 calls for solid progress in rural construction and encourages the organic combination of rural living environment improvement and rural tourism development. As an important material and cultural carrier inherited from the Jingchu culture, the research on the renewal and transformation of the traditional folk houses in southwest Hubei has practical significance. Firstly, the research background of this topic is described theoretically, and the direction and scope of the research are clearly defined. Secondly, from the historical, social and cultural perspectives, the paper analyzes the formation conditions, development process and spatial form of residential houses in southwest Hubei province. Then, it classifies and summarizes the problems affecting the residential renewal and development in southwest Hubei province, and puts forward solutions and strategies. Finally, based on the general situation of the spatial form of residential houses in southwest Hubei province, combined with the specific needs and key points of protection, practical analysis is carried out to demonstrate and clarify the direction of spatial form renewal. Finally, on the basis of the above, the future development of traditional dwellings in southwest Hubei province is prospected.
