• 摘要： 随着网络和科技的发展与开放，各种信息都在互联网上能够查阅并且广泛的传播，网络隐私方面存在的问题也被极大的凸显出来，所以对网络隐私权的保护非常迫切，我国目前没有对网络隐私权的专门保护，由此可见我国目前的法律体系面临着非常严峻的挑战和非常之高的要求。本文通过对比网络隐私权与传统隐私权的区别，突出网络隐私权在传统隐私权上的发展后所展现出来的特点，以及我国目前关于网络隐私权的法律规定，进而提出对网络隐私权保护完善的意见，构建关于网络隐私权相关的完善的法律保护体系。
• With the development and opening of the Internet and technology, all kinds of information can be accessed and widely disseminated on the Internet. The problems of online privacy have also been greatly highlighted. Therefore, the protection of online privacy is very urgent. There is no special protection of the right to online privacy, which shows that my country’s current legal system is facing very severe challenges and very high requirements. This article compares the difference between online privacy rights and traditional privacy rights, highlights the characteristics of online privacy rights after the development of traditional privacy rights, as well as my country’s current laws and regulations on online privacy rights, and then proposes to improve the protection of online privacy rights. Opinions on the establishment of a comprehensive legal protection system related to the right to online privacy.
