• Abstract: Due to the weak legal consciousness of some higher vocational students at present, cultivating and improving the legal consciousness of higher vocational students not only has important practical significance to the healthy growth of higher vocational students, but also has far-reaching influence on the basic strategy to realize the rule of law. Therefore, various measures should be taken to cultivate and improve their legal consciousness. 由于当前部分高职学生法律意识淡薄，而培养和提高高职学生的法律意识不但对高职学生自身的健康成长具有重要的现实意义，还对实现依法治国的基本方略影响深远，因此应采取多种措施培养和提高其法律意识。
