• 摘要： 票据的发展经历有兑换商票时期、市场票据时期及流通证券时期几个阶段。其作用也经历了从单纯货币替代品到承兑、保证制度的建立和完善再到背书制度的发展直至流通货币时期成为集合支付、信用、融资、汇兑为一体的有价证券。票据无因性可以有效维护交易的稳定性，但目前我国票据无因性制度发展仍存在问题有待于进一步完善。
• The development of bills has several stages, including the periodof exchangers’ bills, the period of market bills and the period of circulatingsecurities. Its role has also experienced from the simple currency substitute tothe establishment and improvement of acceptance and guarantee system to thedevelopment of endorsement system until it has become a marketable securityintegrating payment, credit, financing and exchange in the period of currencycirculation. The non-causation of bills can effectively maintain the stability oftransactions, but there are still some problems in the development of the noncausationsystem of bills in our country to be further improved.
