• Abstract: The cost management is the key of construction business enterprises circulating normally and acquiring good performance. The article introduces how to manage and control the cost in construction business enterprises so as to acquire good economic performance. 成本管理是施工企业正常运行并获得良好效益的关键，本文将从多方 面介绍如何在施工企业中对成本进行管理与控制，从而获得良好的经济效益。
