• Abstract: This paper employs a multidimensional framework of the socio-technical systems theory to thoroughly examine the evolution trajectory and social impact mechanisms of judicial artificial intelligence (AI), transcending the singular perspective of technological iterations. It focuses on investigating the diverse nontechnical factors driving and constraining its development, and reveals how these factors interact with the judicial socio-environment to collectively promote the co-evolution of technology and society. The progress of judicial AI manifests not only in technological advancements but also as a complex reflection of intertwined social forces, including policy directives, economic incentives, and cultural adaptability. The maturation of judicial AI applications necessitates surpassing mere technological innovation; it requires deeply understanding and adeptly addressing challenges such as the suitability of policy regulations, the realization of economic benefits, and the integration of cultural values, while ensuring extensive engagement and acceptance among stakeholders, including governments, judicial bodies, technology developers, legal practitioners, and the public. The ultimate aim is to establish an efficient, fair, and widely endorsed intelligent judicial ecosystem. 本文运用社会—技术系统理论的多维度框架，深入剖析司法人工智能的演进路径与社会影响机制，超越技术迭代的单一视角，着重考察驱动与制约其发展的多元非技术因素，并揭示这些因素如何与司法社会环境相互作用，共同促进技术与社会的协同进化。司法人工智能的进展不仅体现在技术层面的进步，更是政策导向、经济激励、文化适应性等多重社会力量交织影响的复杂结果。司法人工智能的成熟应用需跨越单纯的技术创新，深入理解并妥善解决政策法规的适配性、经济效益的实现、文化价值的融合等挑战，同时确保广泛的利害相关者，包括政府、司法机构、技术开发者、法律从业者及公众等的参与度与接受度，以期构建一个既高效公正又广受认可的智能司法生态系统。
