Abstract:
Under the dual driving forces of the Education Power Strategy and Smart Justice Construction, forensic science, as a typical interdisciplinary field bridging humanities, sciences, and engineering, urgently needs to overcome the structural dilemmas of traditional talent cultivation models. From the perspective of integrating New Liberal Arts and New Engineering, this study employs a combined approach of literature analysis and case studies to systematically analyze four major challenges in forensic science education. The research proposes actionable solutions, including constructing task-oriented curriculum clusters, developing blended virtualphysical teaching platforms, redesigning multidimensional evaluation systems, and establishing collaborative education mechanisms. These approaches aim to provide theoretical foundations and practical models for cultivating compound professionals proficient in both law and technology, offering reference paradigms for interdisciplinary talent development in the new era and promoting the deep integration of jurisprudence and technological innovation.
在教育强国战略与智慧司法建设的双重驱动下,法庭科学作为典型的文理工交叉学科,亟需突破传统人才培养模式的结构性困境。本文从新文科与新工科融合视角出发,采用文献分析与案例研究相结合的方法,系统剖析当前法庭科学人才培养中存在的知识传授与能力提升失衡、基础理论与前沿应用脱节、学科壁垒阻碍资源整合、专业教育与价值引领割裂等四大问题。研究提出,应通过构建任务导向型课程群、打造虚实融合的教学平台、重构多维评价体系、建立协同育人机制等路径,为培养“懂法律、通技术”的复合型人才提供理论支撑与实践方案,从而为新时代交叉学科人才培养提供理论参照与实践范式,对推动法学与科技深度融合具有重要意义。
