• 摘要： 媒体融合发展促使高校思想政治教育在平台、内容、方式、方法、受众、效果、评价体系等方面发生了显著的变化。在新的媒体环境下，高校辅导员要顺应媒体融合发展趋势，通 过学习与实践强化理论素养和媒介素养，自觉培养融媒体环境下的育人意识能力、各类平台的使用能力、信息搜集与整合能力、信息“转码”能力、育人资源创新能力、圈群文化塑造能力，从而提升思想引领力，进而增强思想政治教育工作实效。
• With the development of media convergence, significant changes have taken place in the platform, content, mode, method, audience, effect and evaluation system of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. In the new media environment, college counselors should conform to the trend of media integration, strengthen theoretical and media literacy through learning and practice, consciously cultivate the awareness ability of cultivating people under the media environment, the ability of using various platforms, the ability of information collection and integration, the ability of information “transcoding”, the ability of cultivating resources innovation and the ability of shaping circle culture, So as to enhance the ideological leadership, and then enhance the effectiveness of Ideological and political education.
