帮忙类电视节目如何开展建设性舆论监督 ——以《小莉帮忙》“安阳狗咬人事件”系列节目为例

• 摘要： 帮忙类电视节目作为民生新闻和服务类节目结合的产物，舆论监督是其“帮忙”的主要方法与重要功能。当前，帮忙类电视节目开展舆论监督存在着诸多问题，建设性新闻为帮忙类电视节目提供了破局之道，深化了其舆论监督的现实意义。本文以建设性新闻为理论框架，以《小莉帮忙》“安阳狗咬人事件”系列节目为研究对象，运用文本分析研究方法，探讨帮忙类电视节目在帮求助人解决问题的同时，促进公众参与社会治理，提升公共服务水平，开展建设性舆论监督，为帮忙类节目实现有效舆论监督提供了有益的借鉴。
• As a product of combining people’s livelihood news and service programs, public opinion supervision is the main method and important function of “helping”. At present, there are many problems in the supervision of public opinion in help TV programs, and constructive news provides a way to break the situation for help TV programs and deepen the practical significance of public opinion supervision. This paper takes constructive news as the theoretical framework, takes the series of “Anyang dog bite incident” of Xiaoli Help as the research object, uses textual analysis research methods, and explores that while helping people to solve their problems, the help TV programs promote public participation in social governance, improve public services, and provide an opportunity for TV programs of the help category to achieve constructive public opinion supervision. This study provides useful reference for the effective public opinion monitoring of help programs.
