Abstract:
This article analyzes the concept of the restriction policy on Tanbi at first, and reviews thedevelopment of Tanbi in China. This article uses the Jinjiang Tanbi as the data selection platform, anduses the method of DID to study the policy effects of the publication on the market for Tanbi works.Confirming that the restriction policy on Tanbi has a significant downward effect on the works ofTanbi. However, as a subculture with a large market and a large audience, the market for “Tanbi” worksis limited by the impact of the restriction policy on Tanbi and mainly focuses on the significant declinein the adaptation of copyrighted works. The restriction policy on Tanbi is a policy practice of China’smainstream culture’s theoretical criticism of the subculture. The effect of this practice is restrained andeffective, and it is a cultural policy with Chinese characteristics that can be dialectically used in futuregovernance.
本文首先辨析了“限耽令”政策概念,回顾了“耽美”文学的发展和在中国本土化的亚文化形成过程。本文以“耽美”作品最集中的晋江文学城作为数据选取平台,使用双重差分法研究在“限耽令”公布对“耽美”作品市场的政策效应。证实“限耽令”对“耽美”作品有明显的下挫作用。但作为有较大市场和较多受众的亚文化,“耽美”作品市场受“限耽令”的影响有限,并主要集中在版权作品改编方面的重挫,在新网络小说作品数量上没有较强的下挫影响。“限耽令”是我国主流文化对亚文化的一次理论批判的政策实践,该实践的效果是克制而有效的,是一种中国特色文化政策,可以在今后的治理中辩证加以使用。
