- Abstract: Director is the key member in live team and decides to the success or false of live.AS a director, intelligence structure ought to be abundant and comprehensive. The paper induces some abilities which director must possess and takes correlative ways to cultivate abilities. 编导是直播团队的核心成员，决定着直播的成败。作为直播编导，其智能结构必须丰富而广博。本文归纳了直播编导智能结构中所必备的几种能力，并对在直播教学中培养这些能力提出了相应方法。
