• 摘要： 法律对经济发展的作用是传统法学理论中的重要问题。斯密、马克思和诺思这三位不同时期的著名经济学家从经济学的视角和理路对这一问题进行了阐释‚揭示了经济发展进程中法律作用的逻辑机理。读解他们的思想对于我国当前的法学理论研究和法治建设具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。
• The role of law on economic development is an important issue in traditional legal theory. Smith, Marx and North, the three famous economists of different periods, explained this problem from the perspective of economics and rational road ‚ revealed the logical mechanism of legal function in the process of economic development. Understanding their thoughts is of great theoretical and practical significance to the current legal theory research and the construction of the rule of law in China.
