• 摘要： 十九届四中全会提出“要完善科技人才发现、培养、激励机制”，本文针对其中的科技人才激励机制，研究新时代激励机制面临的挑战，结合经典激励理论，构建了以使命引领、文化熏陶、精神激励、物质奖励、责任约束为主要内容的协同一体的激励机制。
• The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee proposed to “improve the discovery, training and incentive mechanism of scientific and technological talents”. Aiming at the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological talents, this paper studies the challenges faced by the incentive mechanism in the new era, and combined with the classical incentive theory, constructs a collaborative incentive mechanism with mission guidance, cultural edification, spiritual incentive, material reward and responsibility constraint as the main contents.
