摘要：本文以人口老龄化为研究背景，从社区管理现状着手探讨人口老龄化背景下的社区健康管理模式，认为现在应从保障机制入手细化社区管理以便更好地应对老龄化背景下的健康问题。
Based on the research background of population aging, this paper discusses the community health management mode under the background of population aging, and thinks that it is time to refine community management from the guarantee mechanism in order to better deal with the health problems under the background of aging.
