摘要：管理学是一门科学学科，学用方法解决管理问题，是一门科学，同时更是一门艺术。自然辩证法是马克思主义哲学中非常重要的一个组成部分，它是关于自然界、科学技术、自然科学以及人类的一种综合性理论体系。而管理学中时时刻刻都在用自然辩证法体现着自身。本文将关于自然辩证法的科学方法以及观点在管理学中的应用，进行讨论研究。
Management is a scientific discipline, learning methods to solve management problems, is a science, but also an art. Dialectics of nature is a very important part of Marxist philosophy. It is a comprehensive theoretical system about nature, science and technology, natural science and human beings. And management is always using natural dialectics to reflect itself. This paper will discuss and study the scientific method of dialectics of nature and its application in management.
