• Abstract: In the increasingly fierce competition in the economic development, scientific and technological progress, today, vocational education has increasingly become the focus of social attention, for higher vocational colleges, regardless of whether they are professional Settings, teaching activities, personnel training, to adapt to the development of market economy, to adapt to the actual production and construction of the enterprises and institutions of the competencies required of each position. To achieve this goal, doing well in practice teaching is a key link. This paper mainly discusses how to better complete the practice of teaching, so as to improve the employability of students. 在经济发展、科技进步、竞争日趋激烈的今天，职业教育已日益成为 社会关注的焦点，对于高职院校而言，无论是专业设置，还是教学活动、人才 培养，都要适应市场经济的发展，适应实际生产建设中的企事业单位的各岗位 群的能力需要。实现这一目标，搞好实践教学是个关键环节。本文主要论述的 就是如何能更好的完成实践教学环节，从而提高学生的就业能力。
