Abstract:
In urban planning and design, better development and utilization of historical and cultural heritage (especially intangible cultural heritage) can add new vitality to urban development. York by Britain, Japan's Kyoto, our country of Dali in yunnan province and hainan province haikou and other four cases at home and abroad comparative analysis shows that the conservation and utilization of historical and cultural heritage is one of the core issues in the process of urban Renaissance, the material culture heritage is a "form", non-material cultural heritage is a "god", need to integrate the traditional "form" to the innovation of "god". In the process of urban renewal, only by properly protecting and utilizing historical and cultural heritages and giving new impetus to historical and cultural heritages, can the development of cities be "long standing" and the healthy growth of cities along the road of sustainable development.
在城市规划和设计中,更好地开发和利用历史文化遗产(特别是非物质文化遗产)可以为城市发展增添新活力。通过对英国的约克、日本的京都、我国云南省的大理和海南省的海口等四个国内外案例的比较分析表明:历史文化遗产的保护与利用是城市复兴进程中的核心问题之一,物质文化遗产是“形”,非物质文化遗产是“神”,需要把传统的“形”融入到创新的“神”中去。在城市复兴过程中只有保护与利用好历史文化遗产,让历史文化遗产焕发新动能,才可以使城市的发展“源远流长”,才可以使城市沿着可持续发展的道路健康成长。
