• Abstract: In 2013, Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee authorized China Writers’ Association to carry out Chinese Contemporary Literature Translation Project and Chinese Contemporary Ethnic Minority Literature Translation Project. By reinforcing the foreign translations of Chinese contemporary literature and ethnic minority literature, China will accelerate the spread of Chinese culture. In this article, we analyze the notices of declaration, project results and academic research concerning the two projects. On this foundation, we summarize the achievements, problems and advice on the two projects. 为加强中国当代作品与少数民族作家作品的对外翻译，推动中国当代文 学“走出去”，2013 年中宣部授权中国作家协会组织实施启动“中国当代作品 翻译工程”和“中国当代少数民族文学作品对外翻译工程”。本文详细解读两 大项目的申报通知，分析立项现状，借助知网梳理有关两大项目的学界研究， 并在此基础上，总结两大项目取得的成绩以及存在的问题并提出合理建议。
