残疾人体育——体育强国视角下的未来推演

• 摘要： 残疾人作为社会生活中的特殊群体，残疾人体育事业是实现全民健身和体育强国战略目标的重要组成部分，开展残疾人体育活动也是残疾人全面参与社会生活的重要途径之一。通过研究发现，目前残疾人体育发展仍存在群众化、生活化水平低下，残疾人 体育人口比例低，地域分布不均衡，社会关注度较低，残疾人体育参与的教练员、指导员、志愿者等培训体系尚不健全等问题。为推动残疾人体育全面发展，提出以下建议： 建立健全残疾人体育产业结构，激发市场主体活力；构建科学合理的训练体系和公平竞争的选拔通道，建立我国特色残疾人竞赛体系，推进职业化发展；加强残疾人思想文化教育，促进残疾人体育活动开展，落实特殊人群全民健身战略。同时在2022年北京冬残奥会的推动之下，残疾人体育在竞技体育、体育教育及体育医疗方面仍具有较大的研究空间，未来可做更深入的有益探索。
• As a special group in social life, the disabled are an important part of the strategic goal of national fitness and sports power. Carrying out sports activities for the disabled is also one of the important ways for the disabled to fully participate in social life. It is found that the disabled still have problems in the development of sports, such as low living standard, low proportion of sports population, unbalanced regional distribution, low social attention, and imperfect training systems of coaches, trainers and volunteers for the disabled. To promote the comprehensive development of the sports for the disabled, the following suggestions are proposed: establish and improve the sports industry structure, stimulate the vitality of market subjects, build a scientific and reasonable training system and fair competition selection channel, establish the competition system for Chinese characteristics, promote the professional development, strengthen the ideological and cultural education of the disabled, promote the disabled sports activities, and implement the national fitness strategy for special groups. At the same time, under the promotion of the 2022 Beijing Winter Paralympic Games, sports for the disabled still has a large research space in competitive sports, sports education and sports medical care, and can be further explored in the future.
