Abstract:
Whether the practical teaching system is scientific and reasonable determines the quality level of the training of leisure sports professionals, and the training and improvement of students’ practical ability has always been a weak link in the process of talent training in China. This paper uses the methods of literature and logical analysis to study the training objectives, teaching contents, management services, guarantee conditions and effect evaluation of the relatively mature practical teaching system of leisure sports related majors in Britain and the United States, and on this basis puts forward the localization enlightenment of China’s leisure sports professional practical teaching system, including attaching importance to the system construction and improving the training program of compound talents; Emphasize characteristic training and provide students with more independent choices; Perfect the security system and innovate the joint training mode and approach; Accelerate the supervision process and form scientific and reasonable evaluation standards
实践教学体系是否科学合理决定着休闲体育专业人才培养的质量水平高低,而学生实践能力的培养和提升一直是我国人才培养过程中的薄弱环节。本文采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,对英美两国较为成熟的休闲体育相关专业实践教学体系的培养目标、教学内容、管理服务、保障条件和效果评价等五个方面进行研究,并在此基础上提出我国休闲体育专业实践教学体系的本土化启示包括重视体系建设,完善复合型人才培养方案;强调特色培养,提供学生更多自主选择权;完善保障体系,创新联合培养模式和途径;加速监管进程,形成科学合理的评价标准等。
