近十年我国瑜伽研究现状、热点及趋势

• 摘要： 近年来，瑜伽作为一项热门的体育运动项目，广受学术界关注，相关研究成果大量涌现。因此，本研究通过分析近十年我国瑜伽领域的相关文献，对其核心关键词及突现词进行可视化分析，以归纳瑜伽研究的知识聚类与研究网络，不仅有助于从整体把握其研究动态和趋势，而且可以为今后相关研究提供新的思路和参考。本文利用CiteSpace对近十年我国瑜伽的研究现状、热点及趋势进行可视化分析，通过分析相关文献并结合我国实际情况提出未来我国瑜伽研究可以尝试从加强本土化融合、拓宽受众群体和加深多学科交叉研究等维度开展的建议。
• In recent times, yoga has received significant attention from the academic community, leading to numerous related research findings.Therefore, this paper undertakes an analysis of the yoga literature over the past decade to identify knowledge clusters and research networks in yoga research. Additionally, the paper conducts a knowledge graph visualization analysis of core keywords, which facilitates the comprehension of research trends and provides novel references for researchers in this area. This study employed CiteSpace to perform a visual analysis of the current state, hotspots, and trends of domestic yoga over the past decade. Through an examination of pertinent literature and a consideration of practical situation, we propose that researchers in yoga can focus on strengthen the integration of yoga with local culture, broaden the audience, and enhance multidisciplinary communication and collaboration.
