休闲体育观念下大学体育选项课程改革与探讨——以武汉工程科技学院为例

• 摘要： 在“健康第一”的理念下，健康休闲的生活方式越来越受到人们的青睐，休闲体育类项目在全民健身活动中也经常出现。为了适应社会的需要以及培养符合社会发展需要的人才，大学体育课程改革融入了新的教育理念，在课程建设中着重打造休闲体育类项目，受到大学生的追捧。论文结合武汉工程科技学院大学体育选项课的发展现状，探讨大学体育教学中休闲体育项目的实施。
• Under the concept of “Health First”, an increasing number of people favored the healthy and leisure lifestyle. And the leisure sports projects often appear in national fitness activities. In order to adapt to the needs of society and cultivate talents that meet the needs of social development, the reform of university physical education curriculum has incorporated new educational concepts, with a focus on creating leisure sports projects, which has been in hot pursuit among college students. This paper explores the implementation of leisure sports projects in university physical education teaching, taking into account the current development status of elective courses in university physical education of Wuhan University of Engineering Science.
