四川民族地区户外旅游产业发展的价值解析、现实困境与实践路径

• 摘要： 户外旅游是人民群众走向自然，追求健康的新生活方式，户外旅游产业呈现蓬勃发展趋势。本研究通过深入分析户外旅游产业的价值链，探讨了户外旅游产业对四川民族地区的经济发展、社会稳定、文化传承和生态保护带来的价值。本文通过文献资料分析、实地调研等方法，研究发现四川民族地区发展户外旅游产业仍然面临产业基础不牢固、公共服务体系不健全、设施资源不足和自然资源保护与开放存在矛盾等现实困境，总结了四川民族地区户外旅游产业发展的实践路径：坚持绿色发展导向；拓展户外旅游产品供给；完善户外旅游消费环境；优化户外旅游景区管理；完善户外旅游基础设施；加强资金支持与市场监管；提升服务质量；创新开发路径。
• Outdoor tourism is a new way of life for the people to move towards nature and pursue health, and the outdoor tourism industry is showing a booming trend of development. Delving into the value chain of outdoor tourism industry, this study explores the value the industry brings to the economic development, social stability, cultural inheritance, and ecological protection of ethnic regions in Sichuan. This article uses methods such as literature analysis and field research to find that the development of outdoor tourism industry in ethnic areas of Sichuan still faces practical difficulties such as weak industrial foundation, incomplete public service system, insufficient facilities and resources, and contradictions between natural resource protection and opening up. It summarizes the practical path for the development of outdoor tourism industry in ethnic areas of Sichuan: adhering to the green development orientation; expanding the supply of outdoor tourism products; improving the outdoor tourism consumption environment; optimizing the management of outdoor tourist attractions; improving outdoor tourism infrastructure; strengthening financial support and market supervision; improving service quality; innovating development path.
