Research on the Teaching Reform of Football Courses under the Background of Teacher Education Major Certification —Taking the Physical Education Major in Local Regular Universities as an Example

  • Abstract: This paper employs research methods such as literature review and questionnaire survey to study the general and specialized football courses in physical education programs at ordinary universities like Hubei University and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. The research finds that current football courses have problems such as loose connection between theory and practice, unclear course objectives, insufficient class hours, overemphasis on skills teaching while neglecting the cultivation of students’ teaching abilities, and a lack of both on-campus and offcampus practical activities. It is proposed that: (1) Strengthen the integration of on-campus and off-campus, as well as in-class and out-of-class courses; (2) Enhance the integration of theory and practice by organizing students to take turns simulating classes to cultivate their teaching abilities and the application of theoretical knowledge; (3) Develop specialized courses such as competition organization and refereeing, and actively cooperate with off-campus sports resources to provide students with more social practice opportunities. This will enhance students’ comprehensive abilities to meet the actual needs of football teaching in local middle schools. 本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,对湖北大学、武汉体育学院等地方普通高校体育教育专业的足球普修与专选课程展开研究。研究发现,当前足球课程存在理论与实践联系不紧密、课程目标不明确、课时安排不足、过度侧重技能教学而忽视学生教学能力培养,以及校内外实践活动匮乏等问题。为此,提出以下策略:(1)强化校内外、课内外课程一体化建设;(2)加强理论与实践的融合,通过组织学生轮流模拟上课的方式,培养其教学能力和理论知识运用能力;(3)开发竞赛组织、裁判等特色课程,并积极与校外体育资源合作,为学生提供更多社会实践机会。通过这些措施,提升学生的综合能力,以满足地方中学足球教学的实际需求。
