• Abstract: To realize the high-quality development of youth leisure sports is an effective supplement to school sports and a strong support for strengthening youth sports work. In the process of building a powerful sports country, it will sort out the core connotation of high-quality development of youth leisure sports, clarify the main goals, clarify the main development context, and take the new development concept as the core to overcome the practical difficulties of youth leisure sports development, such as lack of conceptual cognition, low linkage, alienation of leisure activities, insufficient policy guidance, and diversified supply that needs to be deepened. Form a high-quality development path with innovation as the core to awaken new development impetus, coordination as the key to form a new pattern of diversity, green as the condition to build a new leisure life, open as the channel to guide the new development path, sharing as the guarantee to lay a new cornerstone of development, in order to achieve high-quality and high-level development of youth leisure sports. 实现青少年休闲体育的高质量发展是对学校体育的有效补充，也是加强青少年体育工作的有力支撑。在体育强国建设进程中，梳理青少年休闲体育高质量发展的核心内涵，明确主要目标，厘清主要发展脉络，以新发展理念为核心破局青少年休闲体育发展的观念认知不足、联动程度较低、休闲活动异化、政策引导不足、多样化供给有待深入等现实困境，形成以创新为核心唤醒发展新动力，以协调为要点形成多元新格局，以绿色为条件构建休闲新生活，以开放为渠道引导发展新路径，以共享为保障奠定发展新基石的高质量发展路向，以期实现青少年休闲体育高质量、高层次发展。
