家校社协同育人“教联体”视域下我国青少年体质健康促进的价值意蕴、现实困囿与实践进路

  • Abstract: The “teaching alliance” of home-school-community collaborative education, as a new educational model in the new era, has demonstrated significant value in enhancing the physical health of teenagers and innovating mechanisms for promoting their physical health. However, at present, there are still many challenges, such as the difficulty in reaching a consensus on joint goals, the imbalance in the integration of joint resources, and the absence of joint guarantee mechanisms. To this end, it is necessary to innovate the governance system and build a “four-dimensional linkage” collaborative governance system. Optimize resource sharing and build a “dynamic sharing” resource integration platform; Improve the guarantee mechanism and perfect the “incentive and restraint” system guarantee, so as to effectively promote the implementation of the “teaching alliance”, drive the high-quality development of promoting the physical health of teenagers, and provide a solid guarantee for cultivating students’ lifelong sports awareness and promoting their all-round development. 家校社协同育人“教联体”作为新时代新型教育范式,在提升青少年体质健康水平、创新青少年体质健康促进机制等方面展现出显著价值。然而,当前仍面临联合目标共识难成、联合资源整合失衡、联合保障机制缺失等诸多挑战。为此,需创新治理体系,构建“四维联动”协同治理体系;优化资源共享,建构“动态共享”资源整合平台;健全保障机制,完善“激励约束”制度体系,从而有效推进“教联体”实施,推动青少年体质健康促进的高质量发展,为培养学生终身体育意识、促进全面发展提供坚实保障。
