新时代背景下退役足球运动员转型体育教师的现实困境与纾解路径研究

• Abstract: This paper employs the methods of literature review and semi-structured interviews to analyze the actual difficulties and relief paths of 8 retired football players in Hubei Province who have transitioned to become physical education teachers. The study reveals that the current difficulties faced by retired football players in transitioning to become physical education teachers mainly include: weak cultural and educational knowledge reserves and low professional qualities; difficulties in the transformation of professional roles before and after retirement in the context of the times; and institutional barriers in professional qualification certification. Therefore, corresponding relief paths have been proposed for these difficulties: establishing a specialized training system to enhance teachers’ professional qualities; improving the ability of role transformation for football players before and after retirement to smooth the transition process; innovating the qualification certification mechanism to remove institutional obstructions. 本文采用文献资料法、半结构访谈法，分析了8名湖北省退役足球运动员转型体育教师的现实困境与纾解路径。研究发现，当前退役足球运动员转型体育教师的困境主要有：文化教育知识储备薄弱，专业素养偏低；时代背景下退役前后的职业角色转换困难；职业资格认证存在制度性壁垒。因此，针对相关困境提出了对应的纾解路径：构建专业化培养体系，提高教师专业素养；提升足球运动员退役前后角色转换能力，畅通转型过程；创新资格认证机制，打通制度梗阻。
