  • Abstract: Objective: To explore the influencing factors of the professional happiness of college physical education teachers, and to improve and perfect the weak links in their happiness experience, in order to enhance the professional happiness experience of teachers, promote their professional development, improve the comprehensive quality of students and the overall teaching quality. Method: The literature analysis method was adopted to analyze the influencing factors of the professional happiness of college physical education teachers, summarize the reasons for the lack of happiness and propose improvement strategies. Results: The overall professional happiness of college physical education teachers is relatively low. Although the number of people who perceive happiness subjectively is slightly higher than those who are not happy, the phenomenon of job burnout is relatively obvious. More than half of the teachers believe that their profession is not recognized, and even have the tendency to leave. The factors affecting the professional happiness of college physical education teachers involve three levels: personal, school, and society. Conclusion: To enhance the professional happiness of college physical education teachers requires the collaboration of multiple parties: Teachers need to pay attention to physical and mental health and improve professional identity; Schools need to improve the environment and care mechanism; Society needs to strengthen guarantees and improve the status of teachers, eliminate social prejudice, and create an atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education. 目的:探究高校体育教师职业幸福感的影响因素,针对其幸福体验薄弱环节改进完善,以提升教师职业幸福体验、促进教师专业发展、提高学生综合素质及整体教学质量。方法:采用文献分析法,剖析高校体育教师职业幸福感的影响因素,总结幸福感缺失原因并提出提升策略。结果:高校体育教师职业幸福感总体偏低,虽主观感知幸福的人数略多于不幸福的群体,但职业倦怠现象较为明显,超半数教师认为职业未被认可,甚至有离职倾向。影响高校体育教师职业幸福感的因素涉及个人、学校、社会三个层面。结论:提升高校体育教师职业幸福感需多方协同:教师层面需关注身心健康、提高职业认同;学校层面需完善环境与关怀机制;社会层面需加强保障、提升教师地位,破除社会偏见、营造尊师重教的氛围。
