新时代我国高校“体教融合”实现机制研究——以五人制足球“湖大现象”为例

  • Abstract: As one of the primary pathways for cultivating reserve talents in competitive sports in China, university high-level sports teams face new requirements under the concept of sports-education integration in the new era. This study employs methods such as literature review, case analysis, and logical induction to clarify the role of higher education institutions in the sports-education integration strategy. It constructs a university-led sports-education integration platform matrix based on holistic development and realized through the improvement of talent cultivation systems. Furthermore, the study conducts an in-depth analysis of domestic and international strategies for cultivating reserve talents in university competitive sports and successful cases of sports-education integration. Finally, taking futsal at Hubei University as an example, it specifically examines the realization mechanism of sports-education integration from four aspects: driving mechanism, safeguarding mechanism, collaborative mechanism, and incentive mechanism and summarizes the implementation pathways for sports-education integration in Chinese colleges and universities in the new era. The “Hubei University Phenomenon” in the new era will further comprehensively promote sports-education integration, helping to fulfill the important mission entrusted by the national strategies of “Building a Leading Sports Nation” “Strengthening Education” and “Healthy China”. 高校高水平运动队作为我国竞技体育后备人才的主要培养途径之一,新时代体教融合理念为高校高水平运动队的建设提出了新要求。本文运用文献资料、案例分析和逻辑归纳等方法,首先明确高等学校在体教融合战略中的地位,进而构建以全面发展为根基、以完善人才培养体系为途径的高校引领型的体教融合平台矩阵;其次深入分析国内外高校竞技体育后备人才培养策略及体教融合成功案例;最后以湖北大学五人制足球为例,从推动机制、保障机制、协同机制、激励机制四个方面具体剖析其体教融合的实现机制,并总结新时代我国高校体教融合的实施路径。新时代“湖大现象”将进一步全面推进体教融合,助力完成“体育强国”“教育强国”“健康中国”国家战略赋予的重要使命。
