乡村振兴战略下农村群众体育的多维价值、制约因素和发展路径研究——以湖北省咸丰县“村BA”总决赛为例

• Abstract: This paper focuses on the development of rural mass sports, with an emphasis on its practical value, constraints, and pathways for advancement. By comprehensively employing research methods such as literature review, questionnaire surveys, field investigations, and interviews, the study conducts an in-depth analysis and discussion taking the finals of the “Village BA” tournament in Xianfeng County, Hubei Province as a case study. The findings reveal that the “Village BA” tournament possesses significant multidimensional value, primarily manifested in four dimensions: economic, cultural, fitness, and organizational. However, the tournament still faces numerous challenges in its development, including weak rural economic foundations, limited organizational capabilities and professional expertise, an underdeveloped sustainable development mechanism, intensified external competition, and fragmented public attention. In response, the paper proposes measures to improve the tournament’s organizational and management mechanisms, strengthen team development and enhance competition standards, leverage media promotion to expand the tournament’s influence, and closely align with the rural revitalization strategy. Through coordinated efforts across industries, culture, talent, and ecology, these measures aim to comprehensively support the high-quality development of rural sports. 本文以农村群众体育发展为主题，重点探讨其现实价值、制约因素与发展路径。综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、田野调查法及访谈法等多种研究方法，以湖北省咸丰县“村BA”总决赛为案例展开深入分析与探讨。研究表明，“村BA”赛事具有显著的多维价值，集中体现在经济、文化、健身和组织四个层面。然而，该赛事在发展过程中仍面临诸多挑战，包括乡村经济基础薄弱、组织能力与专业水平有限、可持续发展机制不健全，以及外部竞争加剧和公众关注度分散等问题。对此，本文提出应完善赛事组织与管理机制，加强球队建设与提升竞赛水平，借助媒体宣传扩大赛事影响力，并紧密结合乡村振兴战略，通过产业、文化、人才、生态等多方面协同推进，全面助力乡村体育事业实现高质量发展。
