Abstract:
To fill the gap in systematic theoretical research on map reading rhythm in orienteering, this study adopted the procedural grounded theory approach to systematically deconstruct the core components and internal logic of orienteering map reading rhythm and construct a theoretical model of orienteering map reading rhythm. A total of 23 high-level orienteering athletes with four-star or above qualifications were selected as the core interviewees. The core textual data of 113,000 words were obtained through semi-structured interviews, and 21,000 words of supporting materials such as training diaries and competition summaries were simultaneously collected. Multiple rounds of three-level coding analysis were completed with the help of Nvivo 12.0 qualitative analysis software. The results showed that the orienteering map reading rhythm model includes five main categories: map reading situation, map reading method, map reading position, map reading degree, and map reading quantity, which derive 14 subcategories and 45 initial concepts. The five main categories respectively respond to the core questions of “when to read the map”, “how to read the map”, “what information to read”, “to what extent to read the map”, and “how much information to read” in orienteering map reading behavior. Each element in the model is independent and closely linked, which comprehensively reveals the operation law of orienteering map reading rhythm and can provide systematic theoretical support for coaches and athletes to deepen the cognition of map reading law and optimize the control of competition rhythm.
为弥补当前定向越野识图节奏系统性理论研究的空白,本研究采用程序化扎根理论研究方法,系统解构定向越野识图节奏的核心构成与内在逻辑,构建定向越野识图节奏理论模型。研究以23名四星级及以上星级等级的定向越野高水平运动员为核心访谈对象,通过半结构式访谈获取11.3万字核心文本资料,同步收集受访者训练日记、比赛总结等佐证资料2.1万字,借助Nvivo12.0质性分析软件完成多轮三级编码分析。研究结果表明,定向越野识图节奏模型包含识图情境、识图方式、识图位置、识图程度及识图量5个主范畴,衍生形成14个副范畴与45个初始概念。5个主范畴依次回应了定向越野识图行为“什么时候识图”“怎么识图”“识取什么信息”“识图到什么程度”“识图多少信息”的核心问题。模型内各要素既相互独立,又存在紧密联动关系,全面揭示了定向越野识图节奏的运行规律,能够为教练员与运动员深化识图规律认知、优化比赛节奏把控提供系统的理论支撑。
