Abstract:
With the national strategy of integrating sports and education advancing in depth, pickleball, as a new sport featuring leisure and fitness, has spread rapidly in society, but its popularization in schools is still in the initial stage. At present, problems such as incomplete curriculum system, uneven distribution of resources, an imperfect competition mechanism, and insufficient realization of educational functions are restricting its development process towards campus. To this end, it is necessary to promote in a coordinated manner from four aspects: Establish a scientific and complete collaborative governance system, build a multi-party co-governance pattern led by the education department, with schools as the main body and social forces participating, and form a governance mechanism of top-down linkage and multi-party collaboration through policy guidance, resource integration and supervision and evaluation. Optimize resource allocation, increase financial input and policy inclination, make overall plans for the construction of campus venues, promote the use of mobile tennis nets, lightweight rackets and other suitable equipment, and at the same time, take advantage of the creation of “demonstration schools for the integration of sports and education” to tilt high-quality resources towards weak areas. Deepen the reform of teaching, training and competitions, develop a stratified and classified curriculum system, incorporate pickleball into compulsory physical education courses and after-school services, improve the three-level competition system of “school level - district level - city level”, and promote practice through competition and learning through practice. Promote pickleball culture and give full play to its comprehensive educational function, explore the cultural connotations such as the sense of rules and teamwork spirit in sports, and achieve the deep integration of physical education with moral, intellectual and aesthetic education through activities such as campus leagues, cultural festivals and theme research and study. This will promote the transformation of campus pickleball from a single sports activity to a three-dimensional model of “cultivating people through sports”, and inject new impetus into the integration of sports and education.
随着体教融合国家战略不断深入推进,匹克球作为兼具休闲趣味与健身功能的新兴运动,在社会层面得到快速传播,但在校园中的普及仍处于起步阶段。当前,课程体系不完善、资源分布不均、赛事机制不健全、育人功能未能充分体现等问题,制约着其在校园的发展进程。为此,需从四方面协同推进:建立科学完善的协同治理体系,构建教育部门主导、学校为主体、社会力量参与的多元共治格局,通过政策引导、资源整合与监督评估,形成上下联动、多方协同的治理机制;优化资源配置,加大财政投入与政策倾斜力度,统筹规划校园场地建设,推广可移动式球网、轻量化球拍等适配设备,同时借助“体教融合示范校”创建,推动优质资源向薄弱地区倾斜;深化教学训练竞赛改革,开发分层分类课程体系,将匹克球纳入体育必修课与课后服务内容,完善“校级—区级—市级”三级赛事体系,以赛促练、以练促学;弘扬匹克球文化,发挥综合育人功能,挖掘运动中蕴含的规则意识、团队协作精神等文化内涵,通过校园联赛、文化节、主题研学等活动,实现体育与德育、智育、美育的深度融合,推动校园匹克球从单一体育活动向“以体育人”的立体化模式转型,为体教融合发展注入新动能。
