Abstract:
Lung inflammation prevention and governance in community is an
important job that emphasize maintaining health state of dwellers’ body in
community, guaranting harmonious atmosphere in family and maintaining
community’s order, whereas it is obviously adapt to realistic needs that to
prevent and governance lung inflammation in community by means of using
human resource management methods. Community should tackle decision
making of working plan, workers’ recruitment, selection, hiring, training,
examining and promotion in process of preventing and governancing
community’s lung inflammation and provide adequate talent prevention
