• 摘要： 社区肺炎的预防与治理是维护社区居民身体健康，保障家庭和睦，维持社区秩序的重要工作，而使用人力资源开发与管理方法来进行社区肺炎的预防与治理显然是符合该项工作的现实需要的。要做好社区肺炎预防与治理过程中的工作计划制定、人员招聘、甄选、聘用、培训、考核与晋升等工作，为社区肺炎预防与治理工作提供充足的人才保障与智力支持。
• Lung inflammation prevention and governance in community is an important job that emphasize maintaining health state of dwellers’ body in community, guaranting harmonious atmosphere in family and maintaining community’s order, whereas it is obviously adapt to realistic needs that to prevent and governance lung inflammation in community by means of using human resource management methods. Community should tackle decision making of working plan, workers’ recruitment, selection, hiring, training, examining and promotion in process of preventing and governancing community’s lung inflammation and provide adequate talent prevention and intelligent support for lung inflammation prevention and governance in community.
