“友好”与“蔑视” ——论日本虚拟主播业界对女性劳动者的双面性

• 摘要： 日本虚拟主播（Virtual Youtuber）于2016 年进入公众视野，带动了大量的相关消费，产生了不可小觑的经济效益。虚拟主播业界的女性劳动者占比极高，而先行研究却鲜有关注。因此，本文运用社会性别理论，并辅以参与观察法、统计分析法等，聚焦女性虚拟主播群体，并通过与男性主播的对比，分析该业界对女性呈现出的特有的“双面性”：一方面对她们友好，招聘时青睐有加；另 一方面却对其极尽物化，不尊重她们的独立人格。而这一双面性实质是父权制和资本主义共同作用的结果。
• In 2016, Virtual Youtuber came into the public view, driving a large number of related consumption and producing significant economic benefits. It is observed that the proportion of female workers in this industry is very high. However, previous studies about the industry have paid little attention to female workers. Therefore, this study focuses on the female Virtual Youtuber group by using gender theory, participatory observation method, statistical analysis method, etc., and compares with the situation of male Virtual Youtuber to analyze the unique “double face” which only appears to women in the industry: on the one hand, the industry is friendly to women, and women are always favored in recruitment, on the other hand, women in this industry are extremely materialized and do not get enough respect about their independent personality. In fact, this “double face” is the result of the joint action of patriarchy and capitalism.
