失独家庭社会工作服务模式探究——以晋江市“阳光·暖心港湾”项目为例

• 摘要： 目前我国失独家庭已超百万个，每年新增7.6 万个。失独家庭的社会心理问题日益受到关注，亟待建立完善的全方位社会支持体系。本文以晋江市“阳光·暖心港湾”项目为例，建立了“一个中心、两条主线、三社联动、四项服务、五个步骤”的12345 服务模式，逐步形成了“政府主导、部门协作、协会实施、社会参与、多元关怀”的帮扶工作网络系统，以期为失独家庭社会服务提供经验参考和借鉴。
• At present, there are more than one million The Lost Families in China, with an increase of 76,000 every year. The social psychological problems of The Lost Families are attracting more and more attention, and it is urgent to establish a perfect all-round social support system. Taking the project of “Sunshine· Warm Heart Harbor” in Jinjiang city as an example, the 12345 service mode of “one center, two main lines, interaction of three social organizations, four services and five steps” has been established, gradually forming a support work network system of “government leading, department collaboration, association implementation, social participation and diversified care”. In order to provide experience and reference for the social service of The Lost Families.
