多元联动与社区增权：逻辑、视角与架构转变

• 摘要： 社区多元化联动治理的进程应当被看作是社区要素主体化的进程，这样的主体化进程的实质是一种社区增权的过程。五社联动的提出为社区多元化治理的多主体确立与总体增权提供了新的可能路径。其包括视角转变，以及这种转变下行动体互动的架构转变，以及多元主体视角下的发展逻辑转变。这三种转变伴随着增权的层次与逻辑框架切合问题，并以此将多元联动的主体确立与社区增权视角进行结合探寻。
• The process of community pluralistic linkage governance should be regarded as the process of subjectivism of community elements, and the essence of such subjectivism is a process of community empowerment. The proposal of the linkage of the five social organizations provides a new possible path for the establishment of multi-subjects and the overall increase of power in the pluralistic governance of communities. It includes the change of perspective, the change of structure of action body interaction, and the change of development logic from the perspective of multiple subjects. These three kinds of changes are accompanied by the problem of the hierarchy and logical framework of empowerment, so as to combine the establishment of multi-linkage subject with the perspective of community empowerment.
