浙江省0～3 岁婴幼儿托育服务的现状调研

• 摘要： 近年来，浙江省不断扩大托育服务供给。本研究综合运用观察法、实地走访、深度访谈法等多种研究方法对浙江省0～3岁婴幼儿托育服务的现状进行调查研究。调查发现托育机构普遍存在运营困难、师资队伍素质参差不齐、家长将婴幼儿送托的意识尚未建立起来、托育费用较高使家长选择不送托等问题，据此提出对策建议，以期对相关工作者有所参考。
• In recent years, Zhejiang Province has continuously expanded thesupply of childcare services. This study comprehensively uses various researchmethods such as observation, field visits, and in-depth interviews to investigatethe current situation of childcare services for infants and young children aged0-3 in Zhejiang Province. The investigation found that childcare institutionsgenerally face operational difficulties, uneven quality of teaching staff, lackof awareness among parents about sending infants and young children tochildcare, and high childcare costs leading parents to choose not to send them.Based on this, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to providereference for relevant workers.
