高校思政课青年教师教育家精神的生成逻辑、内在意蕴与培育路径

  • Abstract: The spirit of educational dedication among young lecturers in ideological and political theory courses at universities is deeply rooted in Marxist educational theory, nurtured by China’s fine traditional culture, shaped by the practical development of such courses, and grounded in the contemporary demands for their high-quality development. Its intrinsic significance lies in an educational philosophy centred on students and dedicated to fostering virtue, which corresponds to the core essence of ‘teaching and learning’; an educational mindset that adheres to educational principles and innovates methods, which aligns with the practical logic of ‘knowledge and action’; an educational character characterised by adherence to truth and dedicated research, which highlights the dialectical relationship between ‘learning and reflection’; and an educational courage marked by pioneering spirit and keeping pace with the times, which responds to the contemporary demands of ‘preservation and innovation’. This systematically addresses the four major questions facing young teachers of ideological and political theory courses in higher education: ‘why teach’, ‘how to teach’, ‘why teach well’, and ‘how to teach effectively’. The development pathway should focus on strengthening value-based guidance, leveraging the exemplary role of distinguished educators, optimising training mechanisms, and improving the support system. This will consolidate ideological foundations, stimulate growth momentum, enhance practical capabilities, and foster a nurturing environment for development, thereby providing robust support for the high-quality development of ideological and political courses in higher education institutions in the new era. 高校思政课青年教师教育家精神,深植于马克思主义教育理论,孕育于中华优秀传统文化,形成于高校思政课建设实践历程,立基于思政课高质量发展时代诉求。其内在意蕴为以生为本、立德树人的教育宗旨,对应“教与学”的核心要义;遵循规律、创新方法的教育思维,契合“知与行”的实践逻辑;坚守真理、潜心钻研的教育品格,彰显“学与思”的辩证关系;勇于开拓、与时俱进的教育勇气,呼应“守与创”的时代要求,系统回答了高校思政课青年教师“为何从教、以何从教、因何教好、凭何教强”四个重大问题。培育路径应以强化价值引领、发挥名师示范、优化培养机制、健全保障体系为着力点,筑牢思想根基,激发成长动力,提升实践能力,涵育成长生态,为新时代高校思政课高质量发展提供有力支撑。
