  • Abstract: This paper focuses on the quantitative analysis of employment influencing factors for students in aviation service majors and explores the construction method of mathematical models. The research first defines the scope and employment characteristics of aviation service majors, and through literature review and theoretical analysis, a multi-dimensional influencing factor system is sorted out. The paper elaborates on the modeling process from the proposal of research hypotheses, the design of variable systems, data collection and processing, to model construction, testing, optimization, and interpretation, and combines the characteristics of aviation service majors to adapt methods specifically. Finally, a simulation case is presented to demonstrate the practical application of the model, and the limitations of the model and future development directions are discussed, providing a scientific methodological reference for research on aviation vocational education.
