• Abstract: Under the background of the construction of a new sports power, the high-quality development of the outdoor sports industry and the in-depth advancement of the integration of sports and education are both core components of the national sports development strategy. Their coupled development is a key path to generate momentum for the sports industry, improve the sports talent training system, and promote the coordinated development of national fitness and competitive sports. By adopting the methods of literature review and logical analysis, and combining the realistic characteristics of the development of China’s outdoor sports industry and the integration of sports and education, this paper analyzes the internal logic and core mechanism of their coupled development, sorts out the practical predicaments faced by the current coupled development, and puts forward targeted practical paths. The research shows that the outdoor sports industry and the integration of sports and education have an inherent coupling in the aspects of resource elements, development goals and value orientation, and their coupling mechanism is reflected in four dimensions: the guiding mechanism of policy coordination, the integration mechanism of resource complementarity, the supporting mechanism of joint talent cultivation and the driving mechanism of format innovation. At present, their coupled development is faced with such problems as insufficient policy connection, low efficiency of resource integration, disjointed talent training system and inadequate in-depth integration of formats. Based on this, path suggestions are put forward from four aspects: improving the policy coordination system, building a resource integration platform, constructing a joint talent cultivation mechanism and promoting the innovative integration of formats, so as to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for the in-depth coupling and coordinated development of the outdoor sports industry and the integration of sports and education from the perspective of the new sports power. 新体育强国建设背景下，户外运动产业的高质量发展与体教融合的深度推进均为国家体育发展战略的核心构成，二者的耦合发展是激活体育产业动能、完善体育人才培养体系、推动全民健身与竞技体育协同发展的关键路径。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法，结合我国户外运动产业与体教融合发展的现实特征，剖析二者耦合发展的内在逻辑与核心机制，梳理当前耦合发展面临的现实困境，并提出针对性实践路径。研究表明，户外运动产业与体教融合在资源要素、发展目标、价值导向层面存在天然耦合性，其耦合机制体现在政策协同的引导机制、资源互补的整合机制、人才共育的支撑机制、业态创新的驱动机制四个维度；当前二者耦合发展面临政策衔接性不足、资源整合效率偏低、人才培养体系脱节、业态融合深度不够等问题。基于此，从完善政策协同体系、搭建资源整合平台、构建人才共育机制、推动业态创新融合四个方面提出路径建议，为新体育强国视域下户外运动产业与体教融合的深度耦合、协同发展提供理论参考与实践遵循。
